Our commitment
Applied Velocity wants its website and platform to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies or alternative input methods. We include accessibility in product design, content and engineering decisions and aim to remove barriers as we find them.
Target standard and status
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target. The service has not yet been independently audited for full conformance, so we do not claim that every page or workflow currently meets every criterion.
We use semantic HTML, labelled controls, keyboard-operable interactions, visible focus treatment, reduced-motion support and responsive layouts where practical. Accessibility checks form part of ongoing product work.
Compatibility
Applied Velocity is designed for current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile. The service relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG and WAI-ARIA. Some account, interview and live AI features require JavaScript to operate.
Known and potential limitations
Areas that may require further accessibility improvement include:
- complex organisation charts and data visualisations;
- live-streaming AI responses and rapidly updating status information;
- large data tables on small screens;
- content or files supplied by customer organisations; and
- third-party security or integration interfaces.
If a feature is difficult to use, contact us and we will try to provide the information or service through a reasonable alternative while the barrier is investigated.
Feedback and assistance
Email contact@appliedvelocity.ai with the page or feature, the barrier encountered, your browser or assistive technology where relevant, and the best way to contact you. Please avoid including sensitive workspace data unless we ask for it through an appropriate support channel.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five working days and will explain the next step or available alternative as soon as reasonably possible.
Assessment and updates
This statement is based on internal review and is updated as the platform and our assessment approach mature. We intend to expand automated checks, manual keyboard testing and assistive-technology testing, and will publish material findings or a formal assessment when available.
